DK ASIA Celebrates 1st Anniversary of Royal Park City I Senior Club – “A Special Journey with Our Seniors”
Residents enjoyed a nature-filled walk along scenic trails lined with over one million trees—including hackberries, crape myrtles, and fragrant olives—alongside spacious green areas and thoughtfully designed landscaping. Many remarked that it felt more like a stay at a resort than a stroll through an apartment complex. Some seniors described it as a garden city where nature and art coexist, while others were amazed by the wide building spacing and lush greenery that made them feel as though they had entered an entirely different world.
During the community tour, seniors experienced Royal Park City's exclusive six-star hotel-style amenities, including a 50-meter, multi-level indoor golf range, a fitness center equipped with TechnoGym machines used by national athletes at Taereung Training Center, Pilates and GX rooms, a luxury hotel-style sauna, and an indoor swimming pool that rivals even Ananti resorts. These top-tier facilities brought proud smiles to the faces of the attendees.
Lunch was served at the Royal Trinity Lounge, featuring a warm, home-style Korean meal tailored to the tastes and health needs of the seniors. The menu included tender bulgogi, spicy gochujang stew, sautéed pumpkin greens, spicy seafood bean sprout stew, and fresh lettuce wraps with napa cabbage kimchi. Guests could choose between white rice and multigrain rice. For dessert, crispy and sweet glazed sweet potatoes were served.
One senior guest shared their impression with a smile, saying, “It was a heartfelt meal—more comfortable and delicious than any upscale restaurant.”
Chairman Park Se-young of the Senior Club expressed appreciation, saying, “Despite the hot weather, we were able to move comfortably thanks to the air-conditioned shuttle buses and electric carts. DK ASIA’s thoughtful meal preparation was deeply appreciated. As a resident of Royal Park City, I felt a special sense of pride—and the genuine care for us like family made it a warm and happy day.”
DK ASIA’s Executive Director, Hyunwook Cho, stated, “The Royal Park City Senior Club is more than just a welfare space. It’s a place where seniors can enjoy a refined, leisurely lifestyle while spending meaningful time with neighbors.” He added, “We will continue to support each and every senior resident with care to ensure their daily lives are even happier.” He also mentioned that DK ASIA plans to offer ongoing support for hobby clubs, cultural programs, and special invitation events to nurture residents’ sense of pride.
