Located in Wanggil-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, Royal Park City II is part of Korea’s first-ever ‘Resort Special City’ initiative, serving as a model for its second-phase pilot developments. With 1,500 unitsspread across a spacious layout featuring building distances up to 97 meters, the development offers community amenities comparable to those of a six-star hotel. These include luxury landscaping, premium interior finishes, and distinctive lighting design, creating an atmosphere of refined elegance.

The landscaping, crafted to exceed even Seoul’s most prestigious developments such as One Bailey in Gangnam, includes over one million plants spanning 80 species. The new residential complex consists of 23 buildings, ranging from three basement levels to 40 stories above ground. Since its recent completion and move-in, it has quickly emerged as a landmark apartment complex in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi Province. LH’s ‘Sanul Village Urban Housing’ in Sejong Also Receives Grand Prize Joining the list of Grand Prize winners, Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH)was recognized for its ‘Sanul Village Urban Housing’in Sejong. Located in the 6-3 residential districtof the Multifunctional Administrative City, the project stands out as a modular apartment complex—a relatively rare approach in Korea’s housing landscape. With 416 units across 7 stories, it currently holds the record for the largest number of households in a modular housing projectin the country.

‘Osan Segyo Hanshin The HUE’ by Hanshin Engineering & Construction Wins Excellence Award in Major Developer Category In the Major Developer category, Hanshin Engineering & Construction’s ‘Osan Segyo Hanshin The HUE’received the Excellence Award. Located in Tap-dong, Osan, Gyeonggi Province, the complex boasts a prime locationat the heart of the southern Gyeonggi semiconductor cluster triangle, offering residents excellent access to both work and life amenities.

‘Wolbae Station DL Raon Private’ in Daegu Wins Excellence Award in Mid-Sized Developer Category The Excellence Award in the Mid-Sized Developer categorywent to ‘Wolbae Station DL Raon Private’, located in Dalseo-gu, Daegu. Consisting of four buildings ranging from five basement levels to 48 floors above ground, the complex boasts the tallest skyline among nearby residential developments.

Dongbu Construction’s ‘Centreville Asterium Signature’ Wins Excellence Award in Redevelopment & Reconstruction Category The Excellence Award in the Redevelopment and Reconstruction categorywas awarded to ‘Centreville Asterium Signature’by Dongbu Construction. Located in Yeokchon-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, the project consists of eight apartment buildings, ranging from three basement levels to 20 stories above ground. The complex offers outstanding transportation connectivity, with Subway Line 6’s Eungam Station, Line 3’s Bulgwang Station, and the Airport Railroadall nearby. Situated in the heart of the city, it also provides excellent accessibility for drivers.

In the Residential Innovation category, Seongnam City’s “Bundang Atera”won the grand prize. This apartment complex was built by converting an existing public parking lot into residential land. The project gained attention for its public-private partnership involving Seongnam City, Seongnam Urban Development Corporation, and Kumho Construction.

In the Residential Welfare category, “Centersquare Balsan”by Yojin Construction Industry received the grand prize. This youth safety housing near Balsan Station on Seoul Subway Line 5 was developed through a public-supported private rental model. The grand prize in the Residential Complex category went to “Pyeongtaek Godeok U-bora The Crest & Papier”by Bando Construction, located at the heart of Pyeongtaek Godeok International New City.

Finally, in the High-Rise Residential category, “Hoban Summit Edition”by Hoban Construction attracted attention as a newly built residence in Yongsan, Seoul — the first in four years.
