‘New Geomdan Royal Park City II’ Community Center in Full Operation

DK ASIA announced that the community center of ‘New Geomdan Royal Park City II,’ located at the heart of the New Geomdan development in northwestern Incheon, has begun early operations, receiving enthusiastic responses from residents. Typically, community facilities are operated only after the establishment of a residents’ representative council. However, if the formation of this council is delayed, the operation of these facilities is also postponed, causing inconvenience to residents. Understanding this issue, DK ASIA decided to open a hotel-level community center early, allowing residents to enjoy its facilities for free, ensuring a comfortable and convenient residential experience from the beginning.

According to DK ASIA, the indoor golf range has been in operation since December of last year. The golf range features a 30-meter-long, multi-level structure with natural lighting, allowing players to visually track the trajectory of their shots. Additionally, all bays are equipped with a GDR system that accurately analyzes ball speed, direction, and even the player’s stance. A resident teaching pro is also available at the facility to provide one-on-one golf lessons. Furthermore, a fitness center equipped with the world-renowned Technogym exercise machines began early operations in February of this year. The center includes the latest treadmills, cycling machines, and the stair-climbing ‘StepMill’ machine, along with a Pilates room fully equipped with high-end Pilates equipment. A professional health trainer is also available to provide personal training (PT) services to residents.

The early opening of the facilities has been met with overwhelming enthusiasm from residents. Many have shared photos of the amenities in online communities and chat groups, expressing pride in living in New Geomdan Royal Park City II. The facilities have seen high usage rates, with the indoor golf range fully booked at all times through the community’s reservation app and the fitness center bustling with residents working out.

New Amenities Coming This Spring: Private Theater, Dining Services, Shuttle Bus, and Yacht Access

DK ASIA has plans to further expand community services starting this spring. In March, the complex will introduce a private theater service called ‘MonoPlex,’ allowing families to enjoy the latest movies within the residential community. The 20-seat theater is equipped with a Dolby surround sound system for an immersive audio experience, offering residents free access to currently screening films.

In April, a full dining service will be launched, featuring buffet-style meals prepared by professional chefs. This "three-meal-a-day" (삼식, Samsik) service is becoming a hallmark of luxury apartment living, already available in high-end residential areas such as Gangnam, Yongsan, and Yeouido in Seoul. DK ASIA has previously partnered with Pulmuone to provide this service at New Geomdan Royal Park City I, and now, for New Geomdan Royal Park City II, it has teamed up with Shinsegae Food, a leader in Korea’s food service industry, to ensure top-tier quality and taste. Notably, DK ASIA is pioneering a first-of-its-kind cross-complex dining system, allowing all Royal Park City residents to freely use the dining facilities at either complex.

Additionally, starting in March, residents will have access to an exclusive yacht service, offering a luxurious way to enjoy the scenic beauty of the Gyeongin Ara Waterway. In April, a private shuttle bus service will begin operation, enhancing convenience and prestige for residents. The shuttle buses will connect the complex with nearby subway stations during commuting hours and also serve as a safe transportation option for children traveling to and from elementary school. Furthermore, a dedicated "Black Label" shuttle bus will run on weekends to transport residents to the private yacht service, further enhancing their high-class, exclusive lifestyle.

Kim Jung-mo, Chairman of DK ASIA, stated, “By incorporating the latest lifestyle trends and opening a hotel-grade community center ahead of schedule, we are providing a residential experience where everyday life is filled with comfort, relaxation, and emotional enrichment. DK ASIA continues to lead a new paradigm in Korea’s housing culture. Beyond just development, we are solidifying our presence as a major real estate developer by offering a range of high-end services, including yacht programs, commercial facilities, and community center operations. Most importantly, we remain committed to strengthening our ongoing volunteer services to further contribute to the local community.”
