“Is this real?” Wanggil Station Royal Park City Prugio showing its luxury pool straight out of a movie…

As the move-in date for 'Royal Park City Prugio (Wangrofu)' approaches in October, interest among homebuyers is heating up. Located in Wanggil-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, 'Wangrofu' will consist of 1,500 units across 15 buildings, spanning from two basement levels to 29 floors. From the unique design of the southern and northern entrances, 'Wangrofu' captures attention. At the entrance, a British soldier character with a rifle stands in a "present arms" position to greet residents. According to the developer, DK ASIA, the first sculptural gate in Korea, 'Royal Grand Gate', was inspired by European castles and the lifestyle of the nobility.

Unlike typical apartment complexes, 'Wangrofu' emphasizes a nature-friendly image with tall special trees and grass throughout the premises. Over 1.5 million blooming flowers and specialized landscaping create an illusion of being in an arboretum.

To enhance the landscape, they planted 'sweet osmanthus', known for its fragrant blossoms in winter, in a notable area of the complex. While other complexes usually plant about five sweet osmanthus, 'Wangrofu' has more than ten 4-meter tall trees, significantly elevating its luxury appeal.

This 'K-Garden' experience extends beyond the complex itself. Surrounding 'Wangrofu' are five themed gardens covering approximately 66,000 square meters, about ten times the size of a soccer field. Inspired by New York's Central Park, the grassy area includes a fir forest path, flower beds, and a gate, adding a vintage charm.

A DK ASIA representative stated, “In an era where people couldn't go outside during the pandemic, the concept of a resort-like apartment complex where residents can enjoy and relax has become a huge hit. In today's world, where pandemics may recur, we created 'Wangrofu' to provide a leisurely lifestyle and make everyday life feel like a celebration within the 'K-Garden'.”

The design also stands out for young couples raising children. Within the complex, there are three playgrounds, including 'Safari World'. This area features animal taxidermy, such as elephants and rhinos, designed to engage children's senses. The meticulously crafted taxidermy is impressive, while fountains create a water park vibe to cool off in the summer.

There is also a dedicated camping area within the apartment complex, making it an appealing option for families looking to experience something different on a nice day.

True to its status as a model complex for a 'Resort City', the extraordinary community facilities are drawing interest from homebuyers. Amenities include a multi-level indoor golf practice area, a fitness center equipped with high-end exercise equipment typically found in 6-star hotels, and an indoor luxury swimming pool adorned with European chandeliers. The pool's exotic and luxurious interior decor, featuring stunning chandeliers, evokes the feeling of being in a movie scene.

Chairman Kim Jeong-mo of DK ASIA stated, “Through innovative urban development that no one has attempted before, we will continue to challenge ourselves and innovate to ensure that people can enjoy a life beyond imagination. We aim to lead the future of residential and urban culture in Korea to a world-class level. We will do our best to showcase the allure of 'K-Garden' on the global stage.”
