DK Asia·DK Urban Development expanded landscape lighting which was originally planned for several buildings to realize the ‘Resort City’ emphasizing the concept ‘Staycation’ enabling residents to enjoy all activities in the apartment complex without going to a resort. Staycation is the compound word of ‘Stay’ and ‘Vacation’ to express the idea of resort city.

The exterior and landscape lighting was upgraded to those for the most expensive brand apartments in Gangnam district, not for general apartments showing similar exterior or lighting. Seoul Asan Medical Center Consortium was selected as the priority bidder for Cheongna Medical Town Project and expected the execution of agreement at the end of this year.

In accordance with the 4th traffic congestion improvement project for metropolitan cities last July, the new straight road construction of total 3.5km between Wanggil-dong and Gyeongseo-dong was confirmed.
