DK ASIA’s Royal Park City Ranks 3rd in August High-End Residential Brand Reputation Royal Park City, created by DK ASIA—the No. 1 developer in South Korea—ranked 3rd in the August 2026 High-End Residential Brand Reputation Survey released by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute. Notably, following last year's Grand Prize win for Shin-Geamdan Royal Park City II at the "Best Apartment to Live In Awards," Geam-am Station Royal Park City Prugio won the Grand Prize this year, setting a landmark first among South Korea’s 10 high-end residential brands. By securing the Grand Prize two years in a row at the 30th "Best Apartment to Live In Awards," the brand added further significance as the first to achieve this in the award's 30-year history.

This survey analyzed 8,501,228 big data points collected by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute from July 25 to August 25 across 10 major high-end residential brands in Korea. Despite a slight decrease in overall big data volume compared to July (8.84 million) due to seasonal off-peak trends, Hyundai E&C THE H, Lotte E&C LE-EL, and DK ASIA Royal Park City maintained their lead, forming the top three side by side.

The Brand Reputation Index quantifies consumer participation, media coverage, communication, and community activity to comprehensively reflect online consumer behavior, interest, and engagement. High-end residential brands go beyond conventional apartment brands by combining ultra-luxurious exterior designs, differentiated community facilities, and premium residential services to fulfill residents' private lifestyles. The secret behind Royal Park City maintaining its leading position lies not merely in brand recognition, but in its innovative services and urban planning that continuously enhance residential value even after move-in, earning high praise from consumers. In particular, DK ASIA is focusing its efforts on breaking away from traditional apartment layouts by introducing a new residential paradigm called the "Resort City"—a differentiated environment where residents can enjoy pure relaxation and wellness in their daily lives.

Royal Park City’s competitive edge stems from its seamless integration of hotel-grade community spaces with dining, healthcare, and transportation services. In addition to providing healthcare services linked with university hospitals, the project features a vast 138,000 m² site (equivalent to 19 soccer fields) equipped with Korea's largest red clay path (hwangto walk), themed flower paths, waterfront parks, and private walking trails. It brings nature into daily life as an experience to walk through, feel, and enjoy directly, rather than just look at. By offering a new form of resort lifestyle centered on healthy relaxation, nature, and healing, Royal Park City presents a new direction for Korean residential culture as "South Korea’s First Resort City.“
