Geomam Station Royal Park City Prugio is a large-scale complex consisting of 25 buildings with 2 basement levels and up to 40 floor levels above ground, totaling 4,805 units. at the time of subscription in 2020, it attracted over 84,730 applications, setting an all-time record for incheon. after move-ins began, it drew significant attention as resort-like community facilities and exclusive resident services became fully operational.
the community facilities within the complex overwhelm other complexes in both scale and variety. DK ASIA collaborated with samsung C&T’s resort division to create community spaces comparable to luxury resorts throughout the complex. large-scale trees, themed gardens, walking trails, and water features blend together, allowing residents to enjoy all four seasons of nature inside the complex. european-style ornamental fountains, marble planters, and various sculptures are placed throughout, making residents feel as though they are strolling through a garden of a high-end resort. six tea houses and tea cafes were also created so residents can relax and enjoy tea in these spaces.
the complex includes a swimming pool, fitness center, golf practice facility, sauna, kids' facilities, movie theater, and music rooms. it is fair to say that most facilities found at a resort are present here. this stems from a philosophy focused on supporting residents' health, relaxation, and leisure activities.
