DK ASIA’s 'Royal Park City' Ranks 3rd in
High-End Residential Brand Reputation for July
Amid growing consumer interest in high-end residential brands, DK ASIA’s 'Royal Park City' ranked third in the July 2026 High-End Residential Brand Reputation index.
DK ASIA announced that Royal Park City made the top three in the July 2026 High-End Residential Brand Reputation survey released by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute. This survey analyzed 8,849,322 big data points collected from June 23 to July 23, showing a 7.7% increase in data volume compared to the previous month. According to the institute's analysis, market interest in top-tier residential brands is expanding, with general increases in brand issue (+6.88%), communication (+8.45%), and diffusion (+11.85%) metrics.
In this survey, Hyundai E&C's 'THE H' maintained the top spot with a brand reputation index of 1,965,122 points, while Lotte E&C's 'LE-EL' ranked second with 1,443,819 points. DK ASIA's 'Royal Park City', ranking third, posted a brand reputation index of 1,416,009 points.
In particular, Royal Park City ranked second overall in the Media Index and Communication Index, showing the highest growth rate among the top three brands with a 6.29% increase compared to the previous month. It closely pursued the leaders by narrowing the gap with second-place 'LE-EL' to just 27,810 points. They were followed by DL E&C's 'ACRO', Doosan Enerbility's 'Trimage', Daewoo E&C's 'Prugio Summit', Doosan E&C's 'We've the Zenith', Hoban Construction's 'Summit', POSCO E&C's 'HAUTIER', and SK Ecoplant's 'DE'FINE'.
High-end residential brands refer to top-tier housing brands that feature more sophisticated designs, luxury finishing materials, differentiated community facilities, and premium services compared to standard apartment brands.
Royal Park City is also achieving success in residential value evaluations. Following 'Sin-Geomdan Royal Park City II' last year, 'Geomam Station Royal Park City Prugio' was selected for the Grand Prize in the 'Best Apartment to Live In' awards this year, making it the first high-end residential brand to win the grand prize for two consecutive years. Large-scale community facilities within the complex and original infrastructure based on a resort city concept were key evaluation factors.
Building on these brand achievements, DK ASIA is accelerating the second phase of the Royal Park City development project. Having signed a financial agreement with Hana Bank and a strategic partnership with Kim & Chang Law Firm, the company is moving full speed ahead in creating a mini-new-town-scale residential complex of 16,800 households in the Geomdan-gu area of Incheon.
Kim Kook-hoe, CEO of DK ASIA, stated, "The consecutive awards for Sin-Geomdan Royal Park City II and Geomam Station Royal Park City Prugio demonstrate that our resort-style city concept has established itself as a proven residential model." He added, "Through the upcoming second phase of the Royal Park City project, we will complete a future-oriented complex city that organically combines finance with high-end residential, commercial, and cultural spaces."
