"A Beautiful Dining Space“
DK ASIA Opens 3rd Gourmet Galleria Location

DK ASIA, ranked No. 1 in developer brand reputation, announced on the 3rd that it has opened the "Gourmet Galleria 3rd Location" at Geomam Station Royal Park City Complex 2. This third location follows the first branch, which opened at New GeomdanRoyal Park City II in March, and the second branch, which opened at Geomam Station Royal Park City 1 in May.

Notably, this third location is characterized by its concept of being more than just a place to eat—it is designed as "a space to enjoy dining while gazing at the most beautiful scenery in the world." While dining, residents can look through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the Trinity Lounge, which boasts an 8-meter-tall ceiling, to enjoy a garden view that blends seasonal colors and various trees, including Blue Angel, round spindle trees, golden spindle trees, red robin, and bamboo. In addition, the gentle sound of water flowing along the wall fountain adds a touch of relaxation and prestige, making residents feel as though they are staying at a private resort in the heart of the city.

Even now, in its fourth year of occupancy, Geomam Station Royal Park City Prugio continues to plant additional trees, allowing residents to enjoy a stroll and relaxation amidst nature on their way to dine. Through this, a new residential culture has been realized, where dining services, community life, and relaxation are seamlessly connected.

This embodies the philosophy of "healthy rest" that DK ASIA has consistently emphasized. Analysts say that by providing not just meals but also the experience of enjoying leisure time alongside nature, the developer is completing a differentiated lifestyle. Above all, industry insiders are paying close attention to the symbolic significance of this third Gourmet Galleria opening. This is because it marks the first and only case where one of the nation's top premium food and beverage (F&B) service providers has opened three consecutive locations within a single residential complex among the "Big 3" high-end residential brands.

In reality, even if premium F&B services are introduced in the domestic high-end apartment market, operating them stably over the long term is no easy feat. It requires securing specialized personnel, management systems, and a stable demand of users. For instance, Banpo Raemian One Bailey garnered significant attention by operating a three-meal service in its early stages of occupancy, but subsequently changed its operator. Brighton Yeouido also provides breakfast and lunch services, but maintaining a stable operational structure for service continuity remains a key challenge.

On the other hand, Royal Park City has secured stable demand based on its brand city scale of 6,305 households, successfully expanding and operating Gourmet Galleria locations 1, 2, and 3. Through this, F&B services have evolved from a simple resident convenience facility into a core element of brand competitiveness. By linking this with top-tier community-specialized spaces, it showcases a unique residential culture where dining, relaxation, and walking flow together into a single lifestyle.

Based on this competitiveness, Royal Park City is solidifying its status as one of South Korea's "Big 3" high-end residential brands—alongside Hyundai Engineering & Construction's The H and Lotte Construction's Le El—in the monthly high-end residential brand rankings released by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute. Meanwhile, Gourmet Galleria is a premium F&B service company under the Hanwha Group, which acquired the F&B division of Shinsegae Food—a pioneer in the domestic apartment fine-dining service sector. Backed by high-quality menus and systematic operational expertise, it is leading the domestic premium residential F&B service market.

Kim Jung-mo, Chairman of DK ASIA, stated, "The partnership between DK ASIA and Gourmet Galleria represents the commitment of Korea's top comprehensive real estate developer and its leading F&B service company to provide residents with 'healthy rest.' With the opening of the third location, we will elevate Royal Park City's F&B services into a next-level signature service that harmonizes community, relaxation, and nature, further solidifying our position as South Korea's first premium resort city." Meanwhile, DK ASIA has successfully completed a premium resort city of 6,305 households through Phase 1 of the Royal Park City project. Currently, it is actively pushing forward with the Phase 2 development project of Royal Park City, which spans 2.6 million square meters in the Geomdan area of Incheon and will feature 16,800 households.

DK ASIA has secured a stable financial foundation for the initial 8,800-household project through a strategic financial agreement with its global financial partner, Hana Bank. It has also established a strategic comprehensive partnership with Kim & Chang, Korea's top law firm, to build a professional support system for the overall project, including licensing, municipal contribution negotiations, taxation, compensation, civil complaints, and disputes.

In particular, the Phase 2 project focuses on realizing an urban structure where culture, nature, and people are organically connected around a waterway inspired by the Cheonggyecheon stream, which symbolizes abundance. DK ASIA plans to complete Royal Park City as a future-oriented complex city that organically combines global finance with high-end residential, commercial, and cultural spaces, developing it into a world-class urban development model that surpasses Santander, Spain's financial complex city.
