It has been announced that DK ASIA claimed the top spot in the South Korean real estate developer brand reputation survey. DK ASIA further solidified its lead as its brand reputation index surged by 28% compared to the previous month, while BS Sangup secured 2nd place with a growth of around 8%. On the other hand, Shinyoung maintained 3rd place despite a decline of approximately 11%, showing a contrasting performance.
According to the June 2026 brand reputation big data analysis conducted on 17 developer brands by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, DK ASIA kept its position at the peak with a brand reputation index of 1,398,539. BS Sangup (901,272) and Shinyoung (676,911) followed in 2nd and 3rd place, respectively.
This survey analyzed a total of 7,742,895 pieces of brand big data related to developers collected from May 24, 2026, to June 24, 2026, which represents a slight increase of 0.16% compared to the previous month (7,730,824).

The top-ranked DK ASIA recorded a participation index of 155,418, a media index of 1,500,580, a communication index of 432,260, a community index of 577,926, and a social contribution index of 83,255, jumping 27.69% compared to the previous month (1,095,272). It achieved 1st place overall in the communication (430K), community (570K), and social contribution (83K) indexes, demonstrating overwhelming strength in terms of online consumer communication, viral spread, and social value creation. The gap with 2nd place BS Sangup widened significantly to 497,267 points from last month's 258,736 points, strengthening its leading position.
The 2nd-place BS Sangup recorded a participation index of 99,207, a media index of 141,224, a communication index of 246,666, a community index of 398,639, and a social contribution index of 15,535, rising 7.74% from the previous month (836,536). It ranked 1st overall in the media index (140K), showing strength in terms of media exposure. It maintained its 2nd-place position stably with a gap of 224,361 points from 3rd-place Shinyoung.
The 3rd-place Shinyoung recorded a participation index of 162,540, a media index of 125,452, a communication index of 134,566, a community index of 233,570, and a social contribution index of 20,782, dropping 11.19% compared to the previous month (762,168). While it showed strength in terms of direct consumer participation by ranking 1st overall in the participation index (160K), a general contraction in the rest of the indexes led to a decline in its overall score.
The overall ranking of the 17 developer brands confirmed in this analysis is as follows: DK ASIA, BS Sangup, Shinyoung, Keryong Construction, Daebang Construction, Hoban Construction, Woomi Construction, Bando Construction, Dongwon Construction Industries, Jungheung Construction, MDM, DS Networks, Kumgang Housing, Seohee Construction, Raon Construction, HMG Group, and SK D&D.
Koo Chang-hwan, director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, stated, "While developer brand big data saw a slight increase of 0.16% compared to the previous month, brand consumption and brand issue indexes skyrocketed by 189.66% and 72.30%, respectively. Conversely, brand communication dropped by 24.04%, brand spread by 7.31%, and brand contribution by 43.06%, showing extremely mixed trends across indicators. The near 190% surge in brand consumption is the most unusual feature of this survey.“
The 1st-place DK ASIA (Chairman Kim Jung-mo) reinforced its leading position with a surge of around 28%, backed by its stable lead in the communication and community indexes. Following last month, a sharp explosion in brand consumption was observed, which is analyzed to be a result that coincides with the period when pre-sale and contracting activities are heavily concentrated.
Meanwhile, DK ASIA's New Geomdan Royal Park City II, Incheon's first pre-built post-sale apartment complex, plans to convert 383 units held by the company for rental purposes out of the total 1,500 units into general sales, in line with the government's stance on expanding housing supply. This offering is characterized by a post-sale method where buyers can apply for subscriptions after directly checking the actual completed residential spaces, overwhelming landscaping, world-class urban infrastructure, and 6-star hotel/resort-level community facilities.
The performance has already been proven through previous sales. "Geomam Station Royal Park City Limited 197," supplied last March, successfully completed its sales, recording an average competition rate of 8.54 to 1 and a maximum rate of 28.6 to 1.
The subscription for New Geomdan Royal Park City II Limited 383 will begin on June 25, and the winners will be announced on June 26. Regardless of whether they hold a subscription savings account, any South Korean resident aged 19 or older can apply from anywhere in the country, and restrictions on re-winning do not apply. The contract period runs from June 27 to June 29. The supplied volume consists of 74㎡ and 84㎡ exclusive areas, which are highly preferred by actual end-users. All units are designed in a flat-plate structure, and the construction was carried out by Daewoo E&C. Major options such as system air conditioners, built-in refrigerators, and household storage units are provided as standard.
