DK ASIA Introduces
'Brand-Experiential Future Housing Exhibition Hall'
DK ASIA, one of South Korea's top three real estate developers, has announced the opening of the 'Geomdan Rye Flower & Red Clay 20-Ri Road' (approx. 8km). This new attraction aims to be Incheon’s premier healing landmark, offering a premium resort lifestyle alongside healthy relaxation, nature, and culture right in the heart of the city. The celebration events will run from June 6 to June 28, with a special concert for the '2026 Royal Garden Festival'—a signature cultural event in Incheon—scheduled for June 13 to commemorate the opening.
The 'Royal Park City Limited 383' Future Housing Exhibition Hall, officially opening on June 13, is designed as a 'brand-experiential residential culture space' proposed by DK ASIA. Going beyond a traditional sales center focused purely on consultations, the space is structured to provide an immersive experience of a high-end resort lifestyle, community facilities, landscaping, and cultural content. It is set to showcase the grand scale, future vision, and distinctive residential value of Royal Park City to its visitors.
Recently, the trend for show houses in the housing market has expanded from merely checking units, finishes, and financing conditions to experiential spaces where visitors can immerse themselves in the surrounding environment and actual lifestyle. In line with this, DK ASIA plans to operate the exhibition hall in connection with the opening of the 'Geomdan Rye Flower & Red Clay 20-Ri Road', allowing visitors to simultaneously experience wellness, nature, culture, relaxation, and premium residential value.
The 'Geomdan Rye Flower & Red Clay 20-Ri Road' created for this event spans approximately 138,000 square meters, making it the largest of its kind in South Korea and the nation's very first space combining rye flowers with a red clay path. Rye traditionally symbolizes youth, freedom, and purity in literature. Amidst the spectacular view of golden rye flowers swaying in the wind, visitors can take commemorative photos and enjoy healthy relaxation, daily healing, and special memories.
The Red Clay 20-Ri Road features five distinct themes: Love, Happiness, Healing, Fortune, and Desire. Notably, the red clay path weaves directly through the rye flowers, offering a unique experience as visitors walk through the golden fields. Among the courses, the Desire Course features a massive lawn area to create an exotic and leisurely atmosphere, with plans to plant additional maple trees in the future to form a beautiful autumn foliage tunnel.
Furthermore, the red clay path was constructed with excellent water permeability to ensure a comfortable walking environment. Even after rain, the clay does not easily stick to bare feet, allowing for a clean walk where visitors can enjoy the naturally warm and soft texture of the clay for a truly therapeutic experience. The site also features South Korea's largest foot care zone, capable of accommodating over 30 people at once, providing a unique space for families, friends, couples, and neighbors to unwind together after their walk.
On June 13, a special concert for the '2026 Royal Garden Festival'—hosted and organized by OBSW—will take place to celebrate the grand opening. The festival will kick off with a grand traditional drum performance, followed by spectacular fireworks and performances by popular artists including Jung Dong-ha, Kim Jung-min, Cho Jung-min, Navi, and Pyran, promising a memorable early summer night.
Every Saturday during the event period, 'To-To-Ro Party' (Saturday, Saturday with Royal Park City) will be held. The event features a wealth of entertainment, including various performances like busking and magic shows, a Royal Train tour, barefoot walking on the red clay path, treasure hunts, balloon art experiences, and a diverse selection of food stalls.
Kim Jung-mo, Chairman of DK ASIA, stated, "Recently, show houses are shifting beyond spaces that simply introduce residential products to spaces where people can directly experience the way of life and lifestyle that a brand aims for." He added, "Ahead of the official launch of Geomdan-gu District in July 2026, we will develop Royal Park City into Incheon’s top healing landmark where people can enjoy healthy relaxation, nature, and culture in the city through the expanded 'Geomdan Rye Flower & Red Clay 20-Ri Road' event and the 'Royal Park City Limited 383' Future Housing Exhibition Hall opening on the 13th.“
He continued, "While we will continue to grow the Geomdan Rye Flower & Red Clay 20-Ri Road and the Royal Garden Festival into representative cultural events of Incheon, we will also set a new global standard for urban development through the 'Royal Park City Phase 2 Development Project'—a 16,800-generation project on a 2.6 million square meter site in the Geomdan-gu area. This will feature a waterfront-centric city inspired by Cheonggyecheon Stream and a 36-hole park golf course." He concluded, "Based on our recent strategic financial partnership with Hana Bank, our global financial partner, we will develop Royal Park City into a world-class financial complex city that combines global finance with high-end residential living."
