This study analyzed a total of 11,697,091 pieces of residential community-related brand big data collected from April 29 to May 29, 2026, marking a 7.29% increase compared to the previous month (10,902,741 pieces).

It secured the overall top spot in the media index (310,000), communication index (430,000), and community index (490,000), maintaining its strength in media exposure as well as online communication and diffusion.
The second-place IPARK by HDC Hyundai Development Company recorded a participation index of 155,216, a media index of 378,661, a communication index of 308,747, and a community index of 517,578, showing a significant jump of 14.51% compared to the previous month (1,187,834). The overall rankings for all 13 residential community brands identified in this analysis are as follows: DK ASIA Royal Park City, HDC Hyundai Development Company IPARK, Lotte Construction LE EL, Kumho Construction ATHERA, Samsung C&T Raemian, Daewoo E&C Prugio, BS Hanyang Sujain, GS E&C Xi, Doosan Enerbility Trimage, Posco E&C The Sharp, DL E&C ACRO, Hoban Construction Summit, and SK Ecoplant DEFINE.
Koo Chang-hwan, director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, stated, "While the residential community brand big data increased by 7.29% compared to the previous month, brand consumption rose by 20.51%, brand issues by 20.58%, and brand communication by 4.85%.“
The first-place DK ASIA Royal Park City maintained its top position with a steady 7% growth based on its stable leadership in communication, community, and media indices. However, the analysis projects that the battle for the top spot next month will intensify, as IPARK's index surged significantly over the course of May.
As consumer demand to resolve exercise, leisure, and social activities in one stop within a residential complex grows, interest in residential community brands continues to rise. The simultaneous 20% surge in both brand consumption and issue indicators is interpreted as a signal that consumers are actively searching for and comparing community facilities online.
Meanwhile, DK ASIA is presenting a differentiated residential culture through 38 types of 6-star hotel- and resort-level community facilities and 13 premium residential services. Representatives of these offerings include an exclusive 55-foot (66ft) power catamaran yacht—the largest scale for residents in Korea—and exclusive free shuttle buses for residents, which surpassed a cumulative total of 850,000 passengers as of April 2026. Furthermore, the developer provides an indoor golf driving range with a 50-meter driving distance, alongside premium three-meals-a-day services operated by a top-tier domestic food and beverage specialist enterprise.
Along with these, DK ASIA supports a prestigious lifestyle for its residents by operating various premium community facilities, such as the Royal Music Room, featuring 6-star hotel-level interior design and sound systems, and Royal Legend Heroes, a digital screen sports facility.
