DK ASIA Ranks 1st in Developer Brand Reputation for April 2026





[Beyond Post, Reporter Lee Soon-gon] According to the big data analysis of real estate developer brand reputation for April 2026, DK ASIA ranked 1st, followed by BS Industry in 2nd, and Hoban Construction in 3rd. The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed 10,179,934 big data points from 17 developer brands between March 24 and April 24. The study measured consumer participation, communication volume, community indices, and positive-to-negative sentiment ratios.

The Brand Reputation Index is derived by extracting brand big data and analyzing consumer behavior, categorizing and weighting factors such as participation, communication, media, social, and community values. This analysis identifies who, where, how, why, and to what extent people interact with a brand. For the real estate developer analysis, the index considered participation, media, communication, community, and social contribution values.

Big data analysis identifies algorithms where online habits influence brand consumption, measuring positive/negative evaluations, media interest, consumer engagement, social conversations, and the digital transformation relationship between consumers and brands. The analysis also includes brand value assessments and qualitative evaluations from reputation monitors.

The Top 10 Developer Brands for April 2026 are: DK ASIA, BS Industry, Hoban Construction, Jungheung Construction, Kyeryong Construction, Shin-young, Woomi Construction, MDM, Daebang Construction, and Seohee Construction.




DK ASIA, which ranked 1st, recorded a brand reputation index of 1,212,318 (Participation: 31,978; Media: 175,121; Communication: 333,814; Community: 598,993; Social Contribution: 72,412).

BS Industry, in 2nd place, recorded a brand reputation index of 1,081,028 (Participation: 25,576; Media: 158,306; Communication: 348,320; Community: 533,804; Social Contribution: 15,022).

Hoban Construction, in 3rd place, recorded a brand reputation index of 1,061,715 (Participation: 10,170; Media: 132,096; Communication: 421,823; Community: 432,275; Social Contribution: 65,352).
