DK ASIA’s ‘Royal Park City’ Selected as One of Korea’s Top 100 Brands

‘Royal Park City,’ the high-end residential brand of DK ASIA—one of Korea’s top three real estate development companies—has been selected as one of Korea’s top 100 brands. DK ASIA announced on the 1st that ‘Royal Park City’ ranked 68th in the ‘Korea’s Top 100 Brands’ list released by Brandstock, a specialized brand value evaluation agency. The ‘Korea’s Top 100 Brands’ is selected through the Brand Stock Top Index (BSTI) targeting approximately 1,000 brands across 230 industrial sectors in Korea. it boasts the highest authority in the country.

Regarding the background of this selection, DK ASIA explained, “The differentiated strategy of being a ‘high-end residential brand aiming for the world’s best, first, and largest city beyond Korea’ was effective.” DK ASIA completed a premium resort city with a scale of 6,305 households in the first stage and is currently creating a total of approximately 16,000 households in the second stage. In this regard, land acquisition has been completed, and the licensing process is underway.

DK ASIA’s residential operation and management are also closely related to brand competitiveness. Royal Park City established a separate professional operation organization after completion to provide residential services. This is a different move from developers or construction companies that step away after sales or move-ins. DK ASIA has been consistently presenting 38 community facilities and 13 premium residential services at the level of six-star hotels and resorts, receiving a great response from residents.

For example, DK ASIA is collaborating with Gourmet Galleria, Korea’s top fine-dining company, for the ‘Three Meals a Day’ service for residents. The Royal Music Room, equipped with luxury hotel-level interiors and sound facilities, and Royal Legend Heroes, an exercise facility through screens, are also facilities differentiated from existing complexes. It is also notable that they were placed in the complex’s commercial area so that they can be operated continuously with high quality. Face-to-face medical services for residents in connection with International St. Mary’s Hospital, a representative university hospital in Incheon, are also popular.

For the first time in the real estate development industry, various cultural and artistic programs such as support for clubs within the complex and the Royal Garden Festival are also being operated. Along with the opening of a future housing exhibition hall containing the future vision of Royal Park City, various cultural content events such as a rye festival and a 20-ri red clay path will be presented. DK ASIA plans to accelerate business expansion following this selection as one of ‘Korea’s Top 100 Brands.’

Kim Jeong-mo, chairman of DK ASIA, said, “Licensing is currently underway in core business sectors for the completion of Korea’s first premium resort city. In May, the development of the second stage project with a scale of 16,000 households will begin in earnest along with Korea’s top-level financial and legal partners.” He added, “Through this, we will complete Royal Park City, Korea’s largest premium resort city, and continue to present residential standards for a true high-end residential space where healthy relaxation, nature, and culture coexist.”
