“This Is True High-End Living” — DK ASIA’s ‘Royal Park City’ Ranked No.1 High-End Residential Brand
DK ASIA, one of South Korea’s top three real estate development companies, announced that Korea’s first premium resort-style residential brand, Royal Park City, has been ranked No.1 in the nation’s high-end housing sector.
According to the Brand Stock Top Index (BSTI) released on the 23rd of this month by Brandstock, a leading brand value evaluation agency, Royal Park City recorded a score of 826.2, taking first place in the high-end residential category. The BSTI is a key index that comprehensively evaluates brand value by combining stock performance (70%) and consumer surveys (30%) across 230 industries and more than 1,000 corporate brands.
Following Royal Park City, The H by Hyundai Engineering & Construction ranked second with 783.1 points, while Le-EL by Lotte Engineering & Construction came in third with 781.3 points, forming the “Big Three” high-end residential brands. They were followed by Acro (DL E&C), Prugio Summit (Daewoo E&C), Othier (POSCO E&C), Trimage · We’ve the Zenith (Doosan Enerbility), and Define (SK ecoplant). Notably, this marks the first and only case in Korea where a brand independently launched by a real estate developer—rather than a construction company—has topped the high-end residential category.
DK ASIA has gone beyond simply supplying luxury apartments by introducing a new concept of housing: Korea’s first “premium resort city,” setting itself apart in the high-end residential market. In particular, it introduced the concept of “fifth-generation high-end apartments.” Unlike conventional fourth-generation apartments, where developers typically withdraw after completion, DK ASIA remains on-site to integrate six-star hotel and resort-level premium services into the residential system.
To support this, DK ASIA established a dedicated professional operations organization and invested its own resources to create Korea’s first 5D landscaping. It also operates 38 community facilities and 13 premium residential services comparable to six-star hotel standards. Through these efforts, the company successfully completed Phase 1 of its premium resort city project—comprising 6,305 households—demonstrating tangible results in developing a high-end urban environment that reflects symbolic elements of being the first, the best, and the largest both domestically and globally.
Importantly, DK ASIA has evolved this into a “sustainable premium service system” rather than a one-time offering. Unlike most high-end apartment complexes, it has placed community facilities within commercial areas and integrated services such as Gourmet Galleria, Royal Music Room, and Royal Legend Heroes, enabling residents to enjoy an optimal lifestyle focused on relaxation and well-being at any time. In addition, it offers Korea’s first in-person medical service exclusively for residents in partnership with Incheon’s leading university hospital, International St. Mary’s Hospital.
Furthermore, DK ASIA actively supports resident clubs and operates local cultural programs to foster continuous engagement within the premium resort city. It sponsors cultural events such as the Totoro Party and continues to host a variety of cultural and artistic programs—including the Royal Garden Festival and garden tours—where both residents and local community members can participate together. With land acquisition completed and permits currently underway, Phase 2 of the project—comprising approximately 16,000 households—is set to begin in earnest, along with the opening of a future housing exhibition hall and large-scale cultural festivals themed around features such as loess walking trails.
Chairman Kim Jung-mo of DK ASIA stated, “For the Phase 2 project, we will work with Korea’s top financial and legal partners to secure both stability and momentum, and move forward at speed. Through this, we aim to align with the government’s housing supply expansion policy and continue delivering meaningful supply to the market.”
He added, “Royal Park City is not just an apartment complex, but a premium resort city. We will continue to develop and operate six-star hotel- and resort-level services, as well as cultural and F&B content, to establish a new standard for fifth-generation high-end residential living that goes beyond existing high-end housing brands.”
