DK ASIA’s Royal Park City Solidifies Its Position
Among South Korea’s ‘Big 3’ 5th-Gen
High-End Residential Brands
DK ASIA’s ‘Royal Park City,’ a leader in the domestic high-end residential brand market, has consistently been selected as one of the ‘Big 3’ high-end brands since last year, further cementing its brand prestige. In the high-end residential brand reputation rankings released monthly by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, DK ASIA’s ‘Royal Park City’ was ranked among the ‘Big 3’ in February of this year, alongside Hyundai Engineering & Construction’s ‘The H’ and Lotte Construction’s ‘LE-EL.’
This study analyzed 8,174,691 units of big data targeting 10 high-end residential brands from January 26 to February 26, 2026. High-end residential brands represent a shift away from traditional frameworks, offering a new lifestyle and the freedom of luxury consumption; they refer to premium residential brands that are a step above conventional apartment brands.
In the domestic high-end residential brand rankings, DK ASIA’s ‘Royal Park City,’ Hyundai’s ‘The H,’ and Lotte’s ‘LE-EL’ have maintained their ‘Big 3’ status since last year. Following them were DL E&C’s ‘ACRO,’ Daewoo E&C’s ‘Prugio Summit,’ Hoban Construction’s ‘Summit,’ Doosan Enerbility’s ‘Trimage,’ SK Ecoplant’s ‘DE’FINE,’ POSCO E&C’s ‘Otier,’ and Doosan Construction’s ‘We’ve the Zenith.’
‘Royal Park City’ is a residential brand independently launched by DK ASIA, one of South Korea’s top three real estate developers, rather than a traditional construction company. It received high scores from consumers in categories such as the Community Index, Participation Index, and Communication Index.
This success is attributed to the fact that DK ASIA’s Royal Park City is not only South Korea’s first premium resort city but also the first and only entity in the domestic construction and real estate development industry to operate and provide 6-star hotel and resort-level premium services even after completion. Through this, the brand continues to maintain premium residential service quality and content management. In fact, Royal Park City operates through a dedicated system and direct financial investment to provide South Korea's first ‘5D Landscaping,’ 38 types of 6-star hotel-level community facilities, and 13 types of high-end residential services, while also taking responsibility for the planning and operation of commercial facilities within the complex.
Furthermore, the brand consistently hosts various cultural and arts programs that residents and local community members can participate in, such as sponsoring apartment hobby clubs, regional cultural events like the ‘Totoro Party,’ hosting buckwheat flower festivals, and organizing the ‘Royal Garden Festival’ and garden tours. Based on this management philosophy, Royal Park City has established a new standard for ‘5th-Generation High-End Apartments’—the first of its kind in Korea—offering more than just luxury housing by providing 6-star hotel and resort-level services.
Meanwhile, Royal Park City, the nation’s first 5th-generation high-end brand, has already completed Phase 1, which consists of 6,305 households in South Korea’s first premium resort city. Hana Bank served as the financial manager, and Daewoo E&C handled the construction.
Currently, Phase 2, involving approximately 16,000 households, is underway, with land acquisition completed and licensing procedures in progress. Phase 2 focuses on implementing an urban structure where culture and people are organically connected, centered around a waterway inspired by the Cheonggyecheon Stream. The brand is also fleshing out a long-term vision to set the standard for high-end residential landmarks in Korea that will remain unchanged for the next 100 years.
