DK Asia’s Royal Park City Continues 'Korea’s First 5th Generation High-End' Legacy, Club Sponsorships to Persist into 2026

DK ASIA, one of Korea’s top three real estate developers, announced that it held the “Royal Park City Community Club Sponsorship Ceremony for the First Half of 2026” on February 7 at the Royal Park City II Housing Exhibition Center in New Geomdan. Following the selection and sponsorship of 12 outstanding community clubs on August 7 last year, the company has once again continued this initiative in 2026.

This marks the first and only case in Korea’s construction, real estate, and development industry where community club sponsorship at the apartment complex level has been institutionalized. The ceremony was attended by DK ASIA CEO Cho Jae-man, representatives of the residents’ association, and presidents and members of the selected community clubs.

The selected clubs span a wide range of cultural, environmental, and safety-related activities, including the complex’s largest golf club with 231 members, FC ROYAL soccer & futsal club, ROYAL CAM camping club, JUST 01 basketball club, art club, landscaping enthusiasts club, and the community safety guardians group. Although their areas of activity differ, these clubs share a common value: fostering a strong sense of community where residents support one another and enjoy togetherness within the same residential complex—forming bonds akin to an extended family.

To encourage active and sustainable participation, DK ASIA provided cash sponsorships along with exclusive Royal Park City premium benefits, allowing residents to feel a distinct sense of pride. The rewards included boarding passes for a 55-seat (66-ft) power catamaran yacht—the largest of its kind in Korea—gourmet dining vouchers at GOURMET GALLERIA, and access passes to premium facilities such as Royal Legend Heroes screen sports and the Royal Music Room.

Unlike most domestic construction and development companies that withdraw from sites after project completion and limit their role to basic facility management, DK ASIA has implemented a residential model in which it directly operates and provides premium services at a level comparable to six-star hotels and luxury resorts. Through this approach, the company aims to create a residential environment where residents can enjoy healthy rest, nature, and culture as part of their everyday lives.

Most high-end apartment complexes in Korea emphasize luxury finishing materials, refined interiors, hotel-style services such as breakfast, and premium amenities including swimming pools and fitness centers. However, the true value of a high-end apartment is not completed upon construction—it begins at completion.

In reality, many luxury apartments fail to maintain their initial prestige two to three years after occupancy due to limitations in management and operations. Conventional apartment management systems often lack the specialized personnel, meticulous space management, and concierge-level services required to sustain high-end residential quality.

Recognizing these challenges, DK ASIA operates under the philosophy that the success of a high-end apartment depends not on construction alone, but on the continuous operation and delivery of premium services. To this end, the company has established a dedicated professional operating system to ensure consistent quality control and content management for high-end living.

Royal Park City offers 5D landscaping, operates 38 community facilities at a six-star hotel level, and provides 13 high-end residential services. In addition, DK ASIA takes full responsibility for the planning and operation of commercial facilities within the complex.

Beyond community club sponsorship, DK ASIA continues to host and support a wide range of cultural and community programs, including Totoro-themed parties, buckwheat flower festivals, Royal Garden Festivals, and garden tours—many of which are open to both residents and local community members.

Through this operational philosophy, Royal Park City has transcended the concept of a conventional residential complex, setting a new benchmark for Korea’s 5th-generation high-end apartments by realizing premium service operations comparable to six-star hotels and luxury resorts.

Cho Jae-man, CEO of DK ASIA, stated, “This event goes beyond simple community club sponsorship. It is a meaningful process that allows residents to connect, interact, and experience a lifestyle where healthy rest and everyday life become a form of healing.” He added, “Through the expansion of 5th-generation high-end residential premium services—including ongoing community club sponsorship—DK ASIA will continue to strengthen Royal Park City’s position as Korea’s first premium resort city where healthy rest, nature, and culture coexist, and we plan to sustain these sponsorship initiatives going forward.”
