DK ASIA Leads the High-End Residential Market with Its Royal Park City Brand

DK ASIA, one of Korea’s top three real estate developers, is leading the high-end residential market with its premium housing brand, Royal Park City. According to the January 2026 High-End Residential Brand Reputation Rankings released by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, Royal Park City has solidified its position as part of the industry’s “Big Three,” alongside Hyundai Construction’s THE H and Lotte Engineering & Construction’s LE-EL, a status it has maintained since September 2025.

The survey analyzed 8,779,263 big data points collected over one month from December 23, 2025, to January 23, 2026, covering ten high-end residential brands. The monthly rankings published by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute are calculated based on big data derived from consumers’ online activities, comprehensively evaluating participation, communication, community, and media indices.

As a result, DK ASIA’s Royal Park City, Hyundai Construction’s THE H, and Lotte E&C’s LE-EL ranked as the top three brands, followed by Daewoo E&C’s Prugio Summit, DL E&C’s ACRO, Doosan Enerbility’s Trimage, Hoban Construction’s Summit, POSCO E&C’s O’Tier, Doosan Construction’s We’ve the Zenith, and SK ecoplant’s Define. Among the ten brands, Royal Park City stands out as the only high-end residential brand developed independently by a real estate developer rather than a construction company, drawing particular attention to DK ASIA’s development capabilities.

Royal Park City received especially high evaluations in the community, participation, and communication indices. As Korea’s first premium resort city, Royal Park City introduced an entirely new residential concept, with many of its products and services distinguished as the first, the largest, or the only of their kind in Korea. Unlike conventional developers and builders, DK ASIA continues to operate and manage the community even after completion, enhancing resident satisfaction—referred to as Royal Park Citizens—while continuously elevating the long-term value of the premium resort city.

Visitors can experience Royal Park City’s unique sense of pride through programs such as the Premium Resort City Tour, Totoro Events, and the Future Exhibition Hall. In addition, DK ASIA maintains active engagement through apartment club sponsorships, cultural and arts events, and ongoing initiatives that promote coexistence with the local community. Notably, the company will host its apartment club sponsorship ceremony again this February, continuing the initiative into 2026 following last year’s event—the first of its kind in the development and construction industry.

Royal Park City II in New Geomdan won the World Association of Landscape Architects Award, the highest global honor in landscape architecture, for its world-first 5D landscape design. The development offers 38 luxury community facilities at a six-star hotel level and 13 high-end residential services.

In the medical sector, DK ASIA signed an agreement with Catholic Kwandong University International St. Mary’s Hospital, a leading university hospital in Incheon, to provide Korea’s first in-person medical services exclusively for residents—moving beyond remote care. Through direct, face-to-face medical services, residents benefit from emergency response support, rapid medical guidance, appointment coordination, and personalized health information.

On December 24 last year, Royal Park City became the first apartment complex in Korea to open the Royal Music Room and Royal Legend Heroes, receiving enthusiastic responses from residents. The Royal Music Room features six-star hotel-level interiors, premium acoustics, and a grand piano, creating a refined resort lifestyle where music and relaxation naturally blend into everyday life.

Kim Hyung-nam, Executive Director of DK ASIA, stated, “With the opening of Royal Legend Heroes, we wanted to give not only our residents but also tour visitors a warm experience where families can laugh and enjoy time together.” He added, “Choosing Christmas Eve as the opening date reflected our desire to offer a special gift to everyone who visits Royal Park City. A high-end resort city begins with an exceptional community, and we will continue to expand differentiated premium facilities and services based on values that become a source of pride simply because they are created by DK ASIA.”

Currently, Phase 1 of Royal Park City—comprising 6,305 households—has been completed with construction by Daewoo Engineering & Construction, while Hana Bank served as the financial lead. Phase 2, consisting of 16,025 households, has completed land acquisition and is undergoing the approval process. As development progresses step by step, Royal Park City is steadily enhancing its completeness as Korea’s first premium resort city.

The Royal Legend Heroes facility, which allows residents to enjoy a variety of sports and leisure activities via digital screens regardless of weather or season, has also gained strong popularity. It represents the first case in Korea where premium content previously available only at major shopping complexes and luxury resorts—such as Jamsil Lotte World Mall, SONO Calm, Sol Beach, and Sono Felice—has been introduced directly into an apartment complex.

Meanwhile, Royal Park City, which is shaping Korea’s high-end residential culture, has already completed Phase 1, delivering 6,305 households as Korea’s first premium resort city. Hana Bank served as the financial lead arranger, while Daewoo E&C completed construction. Phase 2, comprising 16,025 households, is currently underway, with land acquisition completed and permitting procedures in progress. Through this phase, DK ASIA is materializing its long-term vision to establish a high-end residential landmark that will set the standard for Korea’s premium housing for the next 100 years.
