Singing and Performing After Work—A ‘Six-Star Hotel Music Room’ Invested with KRW 1.5 Billion Opens Within a Residential Complex

DK ASIA, one of Korea’s top three real estate developers, is elevating the standard of residential living by expanding apartment community facilities into hotel-level cultural spaces. On the 6th, DK ASIA announced the opening of the “Royal Music Room” and a dedicated “Performance Room,” a music, performance, and singing–focused community space worth KRW 1.5 billion, located within the Incheon New Geomdan Royal Park City II residential complex. The facility consists of six private karaoke rooms and one performance room equipped with a grand piano.

DK ASIA stated, “High-end finishing materials and professional-grade audio systems have been applied,” adding that “since its official opening on December 24, the space has quickly established itself as a vibrant community hub, naturally encouraging interaction among families, teenagers, and neighbors.”

To prevent noise issues, the facilities are located in the basement of the commercial complex. They operate from Wednesday to Sunday, between 1:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Usage fees are set approximately 30% lower than those of external karaoke venues.

New Geomdan Royal Park City II currently offers 38 community facilities and 13 high-end residential services. Notable amenities include a duplex indoor golf practice range, a fitness center equipped with Italy’s premium Technogym equipment, a cinema lounge for newly released films, a three-meal daily service, and a private yacht service. A hotel-style swimming pool and a large-scale sauna are also scheduled to open in the future.

Royal Park City, developed by DK ASIA, has completed Phase 1 with 6,305 households. For Phase 2, comprising 16,025 households, land acquisition has been completed and the project is currently undergoing the permitting and approval process. Cho Jaeman, CEO of DK ASIA, said, “The Royal Music Room and Performance Room are key spaces that enhance the completeness of the premium resort lifestyle pursued by Royal Park City in an era that values experiential living. We will continue to expand differentiated community facilities and services so that a premium resort lifestyle can naturally permeate residents’ everyday lives.”
