New Geomdan Royal Park City II Unveils
‘Royal Train & Royal Music Room’

Realizing a life of healing where everyday living becomes rest through a premium resort lifestyle

Korea’s first resort city, Royal Park City, is introducing the Royal Trainand Royal Music Roomto bring residents unique happiness in their daily lives. DK ASIA announced that it will introduce the nation’s first road train at New Geomdan Royal Park City II, and operate a community space within the complex’s commercial facilities, Royal Honors Avenue, where people can connect and enjoy leisure through music.

The Royal Train is a rail-free train that runs on wheels, previously only available at large theme parks such as Samsung Everland. For the first time in Korea, a residential complex will operate such a train, made possible thanks to the wide spacing between buildings and expansive site plan that can accommodate a 16-meter-long train. Through the Royal Train, Royal Park Citizens can enjoy the seasonal landscapes and scenery, experiencing childlike wonder and a travel-like moment within their own community. Operating at a safe speed of 5–7 km/h, the train is designed for everyone to enjoy, not just as a means of transport but as a unique lifestyle feature that transforms the entire complex into a premium resort experience.

A total of five trains will be in operation, each consisting of a locomotive and passenger cars with a maximum capacity of 16 riders. Not only residents but also visitors can board the train via advance reservations or on-site registration. The Royal Train will run not only inside the complex but also along a tourist-friendly route connecting the pristine buckwheat flower fields and the Yellow Earth Ten-Mile Road, offering a healing, travel-like experience right at one’s doorstep.

In addition, the complex’s commercial facilities will feature the Royal Music Room. Designed as six hotel-style luxury music rooms, this community space will allow families and neighbors to sing together, share laughter, and enjoy emotional healing. Operating hotel-quality music rooms within a residential community is a first in Korea, and they are expected to provide not just entertainment but also opportunities for emotional connection, stress relief, and healthy rest.

Jae-man Cho, CEO of DK ASIA, stated, “The true value of Korea’s first resort city lies not in distant getaways, but in the spaces and moments close to everyday life where healing naturally unfolds. The Royal Train, running inside and outside the complex, offers families a unique journey through the seasons, while the hotel-style Royal Music Room becomes a space where neighbors and families sing, laugh, and make everyday life itself a healing experience.”

He added, “Royal Park City will continue to go beyond residential spaces to deliver a sense of pride through a premium resort lifestyle, growing into Korea’s most extraordinary city with diverse spaces and programs. Our goal is to ensure that Royal Park Citizens enjoy a life where premium resort living transforms daily life into true rest and healing.”
