Royal Park City, “Premium Resort Life” – Realizing a Life of Healing and Wellness! Supporting Residents’ Clubs
On August 30, the Royal Park Citizen Club Sponsorship Ceremony was held at the Grand Ballroom of Royal Park City I, offering residents a meaningful occasion that instilled the pride of enjoying a premium resort lifestyle. Through this event, DK ASIA began regular sponsorships for a total of 12 outstanding resident clubs, providing support twice a year in both the first and second half. This initiative establishes a foundation for Royal Park Citizens to come together, enjoy healthy relaxation, and experience a lifestyle filled with healing.
For the sponsorship, DK ASIA selected outstanding clubs based on criteria such as having more than 30 members, frequency of activities, average participation, and the purpose of gatherings. As a result, 12 diverse clubs were chosen, ranging from active outdoor groups—such as golf, soccer & futsal, camping, basketball, and hiking—to indoor and community-oriented clubs such as art, landscaping, and the safety guard club.
The selected clubs receive not only financial sponsorship but also exclusive benefits, including boarding passes for Korea’s largest 66-foot power catamaran yacht and dining vouchers for three meals at the Royal Trinity Lounge. With these privileges, Royal Park Citizens are expected to directly experience the premium resort lifestyle while enjoying a sense of pride in living a life of healing and wellness.
Among the selected groups, the Golf Club stands out as the largest with 231 members, while FC. ROYAL(soccer & futsal club) has 132 members. The ROYAL CAM Camping Club attracts an average of 30 participants per gathering, reflecting residents’ high level of enthusiasm. The JUST01 Basketball Club was also recognized for its outstanding frequency of activities, earning a place among the honored clubs.
Although each club differs in activity type, all share the joy of being together and the warmth of supporting one another, creating a community that feels like an extended family within Royal Park City. Most importantly, this initiative marks the first case in the construction, real estate, and large-scale development industry to introduce regular biannual sponsorship of resident clubs. It represents not merely financial support but also a meaningful first step toward bringing the brand philosophy—premium resort life, healthy relaxation, and a healing daily lifestyle—into everyday practice.
Jo Jae-man, CEO of DK ASIA, stated, “Royal Park City I, with its 4,805 households, is a large-scale landmark complex and Korea’s leading premium resort city. Within it, a warm community culture has naturally taken root, with active resident clubs such as camping, golf, table tennis, hiking, art, landscaping, and the safety guard club, all growing together with their neighbors. Through the realization of a premium resort lifestyle, we will continue to support diverse initiatives so that residents can experience healing in everyday life and take pride in the very fact of living in Royal Park City.”
